Visit goats!

Where to Visit Goats

There are many opportunities to spend time with goats, adopt goats, or just learn about goats at one of the many animal sanctuaries throughout Oregon.

As advocates for goat welfare, we’ve gathered some of the best resources for responsible goat visits, highlighting locations where goats are treated ethically and where visitors can learn about compassionate animal care.

This is not an exhaustive list, only a resource to begin your Oregon goat/animal sanctuary research. Additionally, many organizations were not included here because they market themselves as “breeders” or “entertainment services”, or they otherwise represent that they use the animals solely for economic gain. Organizations were also omitted if they sell goat meat or sell goats for that purpose.

The photos displayed with each organization’s description are attributed to the respective organizations or websites they represent.
